Nikola Tesla was an alien from the planet Venus (at its 5th density level).   Tesla invented many things, including Radio (Marconi stole his design and is not the founder of radio).  Mention is given of how Tesla, by use of some of the equipment he invented, was in contact with a certain race of ETs in the early 30s. He would talk to them almost everyday, and eventually this got the attention of the president at the time, and so finally a meeting was arranged by Tesla with the President and the aliens. They met in 1934 and the aliens offered to teach a new technology that would pull the US out of the great depression. This went on for a while until in 1939 the deal was broken and the aliens disappeared into the wood work.

Soon afterward the creation of the Psi-core was born and has existed ever since.

Tesla also learnt that people have a time reference locked into us which is created at the time of birth, and that this reference could be altered, and this would result in the aging process being altered.  One could reverse the aging process, or accelerate it.  This is not unlike Antoine Priorés device.

A very good book to read that outlines the radical Aether based technology Tesla pioneered is "Secrets of cold war technology" by Gerry Vassilatos.  The first half of the book is the better part and talks about Teslas pulsed DC current technology.  Tesla learnt how to separate electricity from its underlying etheric counterpart and use this ether energy directly which allow for (among other things) the transmitting of  electricity through the air without wires.

A small team of three men who are a part of a research group called "Borderland Science" have built an impulse transmitter and it is featured on the video below.  You'll have to skip the video ahead to about the 23 minute mark in order to "see" how impulsed Aether effects differently such things as light bulbs. The potential for this kind of technology to change our lives is vast and incredably broad reaching.

Alex Collier also brings some interesting things to light in his book Defending Sacred Ground. 

He talks about how the Germans were contacted in the 1920s by an alien group called the Aldabron group.  They gave the Nazis advanced technology.  In 1931 the Germans created a time travel device which punctured an energetic membrane that had surrounded the Earth and kept us safe/quarantined probably since the last cycle ended.  The Greys entered the picture at that point and tried to make a deal with the Nazis, which was turned down.  The greys later succeeded with the US in making a deal with humans in 1954.

~ "Dr. Harold Aspden of Cambridge University discovered a related phenomenon. He attached a powerful magnet to a gyroscope and spun it at high speeds. He measured the amount of energy required to accelerate the gyroscope to full speed to be a 1000 Joules. Now to his surprise when he stopped the gyroscope from spinning and restarted the gyroscope to spin again within 60 seconds after it stopped, it required 10 times less energy to spin the gyroscope to the same speed. The spin of the gyroscope had added extra spin to the ether that sustains the gyroscope that lasted for a while before it wore off, rather like the momentum stored in the tea of a teacup after stirring it with a teaspoon. We now know that spinning magnets are strong torsion wave generators." ~

I successfully replicated this experiment and observed for myself the same phenominon.  I bought a large bowl shaped tupperware container with a slightly curved bottom so that a marble placed in the center of the bowl would roll to the edges of the container.  I then filled the bowl up with water, and used a small electric motor attached to a magnet, so that the magnet would spin very fast.  Into the bowl of water I placed a single small spherically shaped magnet.  I bought them at a hobby store.  Then, using the electric motor with the magnet attached to its shaft, I was able to get the small ball shaped magnet in the bowl, to spin around in a circle around the center of the bowl.  It was much like the way labratories use small cow magnets to spin the contents of a test tube or beaker of somekind.  The small marble sized magnet spun in an orbit of about an inch or so.  I let it spin for a couple minutes, and then stoped the electric motor and watched in amazement as the marble slowly rolled to the edge of the bowl, but it did so in a strange way, and kept spining on its axis while doing this!  To prove to myself that something truely strange was going on, I grabed the magnet so that it was still, and then placed it back into the very center of the bowl.  As I watched it roll to the edge of the bowl, I again noticed that it began to spin on its axis all by itself, and roll in a half hazard, looped kind of way.  Obviously somekind of kinetic potential was being stored in either the magnet marble itself, or the area inside the bowl of water, which was causing the marble to behave in its strange way.  I even got another marble and tested it out by placing it in the bowl, and it too responded in the sameway!  The magnet marbles were not doing this originally before I had started spining them, so why were they doing this now?

Here is what Tesla had to say about these parts of his invention.

~ " It is well known that when the armature is revolved between the poles of the field-magnets currents are generated in the iron body of the armature which develop heat, and consequently cause a waste of power.  Owing to the mutual action of the lines of force, the magnetic properties of iron, and the speed of the different portions of the armature-core, these currents are generated principally on and near the surface of the armature-core, diminishing in strength gradually toward the center of the core.  Their quantity is under same conditions proportional to the length of the iron body in the direction in which these currents are generated.  By subdividing the iron core electrically in this direction the generation of these currents can be reduced to a great extent.  For instance, if the length of the armature-core is twelve inches, and by a suitable construction the same is subdivided electrically, so that there are in the generating direction six inches of iron and six inches of intervening air-spaces or insulating material, the currents will be reduced to fifty per cent.

As shown in the drawings, the armature is constructed of thin iron disks D D D, of various diameters, fastened upon the armature shaft in a suitable manner and arranged according to their sizes, so that a series of iron bodies, i i i, is formed, each of which diminishes in thickness from the center toward the periphery.  At both ends of the armature the inwardly-curved disks d d, preferably of cast iron, are fastened to the armature-shaft.

The armature-core being constructed as shown, it will be easily seen that on those portions of the armature that are the most remote from the axis, and where the currents are principally developed, the length of iron in the generating direction is only a small fraction of the total length of the armature-core, and besides this the iron body is subdivided in the generating direction, and therefore the Foncault currents are greatly reduced." ~
